So Brooke has three needs A brother, a best friend, and a betrothed.
Best friend; can be a boy or a girl, but has to be a family friend, someone who supports Bellatrix, and is a Slytherin or a Ravenclaw.

Brother; Her brother is seventeen, a Slytherin and the rest is up to you. They can either get a long or hate each other, it doesn't matter to me
Betrothed; Kinda the same as the best friend only has to be a guy and does not have to necessarily be a family friend, but does have to support Bellatrix (because that's the only way if they'd get betrothed to a non close family friend).
