ROLEPLAYING EXAMPLE:
Early morning was Jakob's favorite time of day. Why? Because the world around him was just waking up and he enjoyed the vulnerability the world was in. Anyone just waking up had the opportunity of death near him considering the fact that he hardly ever slept anymore. Sleep wasn't a particular hobby he enjoyed anymore thanks to the amount of dreams of a certain vampire he constantly received. Just the simple thought of her made him shiver all over. The vampire in question made Jakob go crazy literally and figuratively. He brought his hand up to rub the bridge of his nose, wondering for the millionth time why had his father wanted him to bite her? He probably knew the crush he had had on the Italian girl and figured he could torture him by making Jakob bite her. If that was the plan, it worked and even if it wasn't the plan, it worked. The girl would not get out of his mind and it tortured him that he had taken her once basic life into some complicated life she probably would have never asked for. Oh well. It was done with now. Had been done with for two hundred and sixteen years now. Jakob sighed softly, turning toward his four poster bed that was aligned with emerald sheets, and grabbed his wardrobe for the day. Of course, the wardrobe was his Hogwarts school uniform, a uniform he dreaded wearing every day he had to.
He tugged off the towel that had been wrapped around his waist from the shower that morning and pulled on his outfit. He was meticulous about his outfit, his white shirt tails tucked in neatly into his grey trousers and his vest neatly laying against his chest. His cuffs were neat and there weren't any wrinkles in anything that he wore. Jakob's hair was even perfect, perfectly combed to the left, not a single hair was out of place. Without a glance in the mirror, he slid on his shoes, tying them up tightly and neatly, grabbed his messenger bag and headed down to breakfast, the girl still on his mind. Damn his father for playing such games with him. Jake shook his head, pushing through the slight crowd in the commonroom to head to the Great Hall. He hated when people were in the way. On his way to the Great Hall, some first year tried talking to him for some reason. Already in a bad mood, Jakob grabbed the little boy by the front of his collar and slammed him into the wall, baring his fangs out at the boy. The boy squirmed, whimpering, fear rolling off of him like sweat. "Leave me be unless you want every ounce of your blood drained." You could say he wasn't in a bad mood or you could say he was in a great mood, just depended on how well you knew him. He dropped the kid to the ground, watched him scamper off to Merlin knew where and continued on his trek toward the hall of feasts.
The lanky vampire went over to his house's table, slumping down at the very end of the table as he always did. He blinked and nodded in delight as the plates around him filled with toast, ham, and waffles. He took his fair share of what he figured he'd be able to keep down that day and watched as his goblet was filled to the brim a thick red drink. Most thought it was a foreign fruit punch of a sort but it clearly wasn't. Blood. His all time favorite drink. Jakob took a sip of his refreshing beverage before glancing upward toward the Ravenclaw table where she would be at. His dark gaze went through each stupid eagle at the table until he was positive his 'sister' wasn't there. Where was she? Late to breakfast as usual? Rolling his eyes, Jake sat there, eating slowly, waiting for Unity, the girl he had been thinking of all morning to arrive. Though part of the eagle clan down yonder, she tended to sit across from him in the mornings despite the constant looks she received from both houses. Jake didn't care. He preferred her sitting across from him, he liked having her in his company especially in the morning. She gave him a strength that he dared to never reveal to anyone including her. He needed her more than he ever thought and he hated being so dependent on her. Another bite of his toast and he continued waiting for her, waiting for the best part of his day.
