*Organized Chaos. Indianah cannot have her stuff all neat and tidy. She absolutely hates it. She can never think straight with everything so tidy...and straight. Something has to be out of place. If you saw her bedroom at her home, you wouldn't even know where to start. Indianah claims she has organized chaos. If she needs something, she does know exactly where it is. At Hogwarts, Indianah just has her stuff tossed in her trunk, under her bed, and basically a good portion of the dorm room. The other girls in her dorm aren't always appreciative of this but, that's why she had the bed in the farthest corner of the room.
*Music. Indianah learned how to play violin and piano when she was younger. She felt it was necessary to learn and simply buggered her parents until they signed her up for lessons. Now, Indianah doesn't really play as much. Only when she is bored, or thinking. You can find her lazily plucking at her violin if she is off reflecting on the day or something.
*Curiosity. Indianah is intensely curious about how things work, what's their purpose, why they were created...those sort of things. Her curiosity spans all subjects, objects, and especially people. She can always be found observing people outside, in the corridors, where ever she may be. The actions of humans are so fickle, and sometimes odd. The human psych is ever more intriguing to her. She always likes to observe a person, and after a few moments, she can explain where that person has been recently, guess their age, relationship status, to even what they could be feeling at that exact second.
*Intelligence. Indianah's is smart in many subjects. She loves history and some sciences. There are others she detests to the point where she won't learn them. At Hogwarts, however, there are just two subjects she dislikes. Astronomy and Divination. Astronomy bores her and Divination more so. She finds divination to be practically impossible. Really, how can one tell their future if it hasn't happened yet? Tea leaves? Ha!
*Emotional Range. Indianah's emotional range is rather short but, it runs deep. She can be happy one moment, and depressed the next. Indiana commonly disregards the emotions of others, and is rather careless about it. It's not that she doesn't care but, things like embarrassment, rage, jealousy - she doesn't feel it. Indy finds those feelings rather useless really. They get you no where. Indiana has concluded that emotions cloud ones judgment to make the correct choices, and views them as a weakness. However, she's not just some cold-hearted bitch. Somewhere, in there, if you dig around for awhile, she does have some caring attributes. The only people that has ever really seen it is her family, and close friend(s). Indiana does feel emotions, somewhere deep down in the corners of her heart there are emotions lurking. Since she finds them to be weak, she chooses to ignore such feelings in most situations.
*Limits? Indianah is sort of...limitless? She tends to over step her boundaries....a lot. She finds some logical way to get around rules, regulations through the smallest, insignificant loop holes. Her crazed explanations never really work on Professors but, to Prefects - Indianah will just ramble off a bunch of bull essentially, and that prefect usually just walks away.
*Relationships. Through her teenage years, Indianah hasn't really ever had a crush on a boy, or girl, no one. It might be that she can so easily pick out details of a person that she automatically ruins the 'get to know you' stage. Usually, she'll just piss someone off and they'll never talk to her again. Relationships never made any logical sense to Indianah, as she doesn't really feel loneliness or anything. She very much likes to be alone. She doesn't mind it at all really. Now friends....well, Indianah has a few of those. Most find Indiana to just be obnoxious, over-confident in her assumptions, and just can't stand her. If, however, she were to meet a boy that could match her in intelligence, then she might be smitten.
*Opinionated. Indianah has her opinions. She'll state them, speak her mind, and that's it. Her opinions may sometimes be a little out there but, she'll find a way to explain them - even if her explanations make no sense what so ever to others. Her unique opinions lead her to be a nonconformist. Indianah isn't one to follow crowd. She'll never use the excuse 'because everyone's doing it'. No, if she wants to do something she will. If not, she'll just walk away.
*Eating/Sleeping. Indy has unusual eating and sleeping habits. First off, she's a vegetarian. Knowing that meat is muscle off of an animal grosses her out to the max. Fruits, vegetables, rice, pastas, are more her thing. As long as it doesn't have meat in it - she'll eat it. Her eating pattern is really what's strange. Sometimes she'll eat three times a day, or two, or one. Other times she'll go days without eating for no particular reason. Indianah is lucky to get about four hours a sleep every night. Even then, she sleep is usually broken. She sort of just sleeps whenever, eats whenever, and sometimes she won't sleep or eat. It's really strange.
*Creative/Improvising. Following the typical eccentric personality, Indianah has a creative streak about her. She has created some very unusual scientific instruments at home and is constantly experimenting. It goes along with her natural curiosity. If Indianah gets into a sticky situation, (and she has before) she'll find something that can be improvised to work in her favor.
*Adventurous. Indianah's curiosity and little fear of anything, leads her to be quite adventurous. She has explored the Hogwarts castle at strange hours. She had fearlessly walked into the Forbidden Forest and swam across the Black Lake. Her taste of adventure often times gets her in detention but, she can easily just talk her way out of those. Sometimes, however, she likes the solidarity of a detention.
HISTORY
*Childhood Indianah did not join the Kirke family on her own. She was the first girl in a set of triplets. Indianah is the eldest out of her brother and sister...by about a full minute. Not much of an advantage when it comes to sibling rivalry. She grew up rather close to her siblings - even though she is sort of the odd child.
Growing up was quite normal for her, a girl in the wizarding world. She learned all about Hogwarts, and all that jazz. When Indianah reached the age of about eight, her curiosity spike. As a little tyke, she had always been curious, and kept her parents' hands full by constantly wondering off, talking to strangers, or simply figuring out how to get into things she shouldn't be in. So, at eight, she started wondering how things worked, what made them work, and why. She started taking things apart. Her parents didn't like that all to well either. They found her some old, muggle junk, for her to take apart, which she did. She grew to be entirely fascinated by muggles to the point she started to read about things muggle children learned like chemistry, physics, mechanics, computers, and science was her thing.
When she neared the age eleven, she expected she was a witch. After all, both her parents were of the magical sort. Sure enough, one day, she was looking at something at some museum she managed to sneak into. She had been looking at something mechanical, and wondered what it would have moved like, and then it started moving - baffling the near by muggles. That was her sign that she wasn't completely the odd one. She'd be going to Hogwarts.
*Hogwarts. During her sorting ceremony, along with her brothers, Indianah was sorted into Ravenclaw. She felt as if it was a good fit for her, as she is rather smart, witty, and all that other stuff. In her first year, she made a few friends but not many. Indianah found that girls her age worried about such trivial things that she thought them below her on an intellectual level. She didn't treat them any different...they just didn't like her opinions. Indianah was labeled the weird kid. She was perfectly fine with that. It doesn't bother her. Friends aren't necessary to her.
As she traveled on in her years at Hogwarts, she grew a little distant from her siblings. Yes, one of them were in the same house but, they were trying to be the cool kids. They were the cool kids with that weird sister. She resents that things have changed between them but, it can't be helped. Indianah acknowledges that for some, it is necessary to climb some social ladder.
As a student, she is brilliant. Professors..don't always like her. She find ways to prove them wrong on certain points. They don't like when, after she explains her deductions and reasons, she is actually right. Prefects also learned to not like Indianah. At night, because she doesn't ever sleep, she would wander around the castle. Upon being caught, she would simply talk her way out of a detention. In fact, she'd talk so much upon some subject, the Prefect and/or Professor would just give up and tell her to go to bed.
IFuture Plans Indianah quite frankly, is not sure what she wants to do. She knows she should do something but, she doesn't know what. Studying in a muggle university is a possibility, as it is extremely easy to create a muggle identity. There are really endless possibilities for her and she doesn't like having to be pressured into choosing something. Indianah, however, knows she has time beginning her fifth year at Hogwarts.

ROLEPLAYING EXAMPLE:
Sometimes, Indiana just wanted to take her friend and strangle a response out of him. A verbal response at least. Indy didn't mind the quiet nature of her companion, she'd grown used to it. In fact, it was the very nature which attracted her attention to him. There had to be some reason, maybe some tragic event, that caused Mr. Lars Krum to be such a quiet boy. One of these days, Indiana would be determined to get more out of Lars than just a nod of the head, or a short, one word answer.
Indiana closely observed her friend once more. There were other details that could be better seen up close than from a distance. For example, the tiredness in his eyes, mixed in with a determination she hadn't seen in him yet. His silent shrug also told her that he lost track of time while working with his beloved quidditch book, which told her that it was probably several hours. All day, even.
"Another?"
Indy cast a glance at her glass. While it was still quite full, she weighed the pros and cons of another. Mostly, she found much more cons than pros. The pros - it was just bloody good and relaxing. Plus, things were a lot more fun when you were drunk. "Sure," she replied after a split second or two. Indiana knew she could easily drain her glass by the time Krum returned anyway.
Indiana admire Lars for a few reasons. One, she adored his expansive knowledge about the game of quidditch. She understood the game well enough but, she could never play. Indy wasn't a fan of flying if it wasn't necessary. Every time she brought up the subject, it was the one thing she could get Lars to talk about animatedly - or to just talk about. This method was getting old. Indiana also liked his quiet nature, which was quite the opposite of herself. It could be why she chose a odd sort of friendship with him. He was silent, she was loud, obnoxious, thought out loud all the time, eccentric - the complete opposite. Indiana, however, wanted to know the real Lars. You know that saying, 'it's always the quiet ones'? Well, Lars Krum was a quiet one, and Indiana was struggling to figure why.
With a sigh, Indiana took a long drink out of her glass, polishing off a good half of it. Indy watched a couple of young Hogwarts students not far from where she was. Although she wasn't close enough to hear what they were talking about, she safely assumed they were flirting. The girl's cheeks were of a bright shade of pink and she was smiling like an idiot. The boy next to her looked like he was an egotistical git, who's head was too big for his shoulders. The girl's girlish giggle would only boost the boy's ego. Ugh, flirting. Indiana did not see the point in romantics. It merely was the human way to go about mating - displaying each other qualities. Honestly, Indy thought it would be ten times easier to just say to the person that you like them, and leave it at that. She didn't really like all that mushy stuff, and hated seeing it even more. Deep down, Indiana wished she could experience the whole flirty, lovey, doveyness that most teenagers
