Hello, the name’s Dominique Gabrielle Weasley. Call her Dom or Dommie, please. She was born on 5 July. She has an older sister and a younger brother, not to mention all the many Potter/Weasley cousins. She’s known to be good natured, able to put people at ease, optimistic, graceful, vain, overbearing and spendthrift. Dom likes laughter, humour, listening to stories, people watching, Firewhiskey, feeling protected, being thanked, tea and white chocolate. She doesn’t quite like uncouth people, not being appreciated, being made fun of, falling down, apples and Mondays.

Dominique Weasley is a good natured girl, most of the time. She’s friendly, able to make small talk and knows how to get someone to calm down by saying the right things. She has great emotional strength. She can handle almost anything that is thrown at her. Now, she does have a temper, which is to be expected with Fleur Weasley as her mother. But it is seldom displayed. Don’t provoke her though. Never a good idea to provoke her. When pushed too far, Dom loses her cool quickly.

Dom is brainy. She doesn’t make the full use of it, but she’s quick and sharp. She is a very practical person, but that doesn’t mean she’s not a dreamer. Every girl dreams of something and Dom is no different. Dominique is vivacious, full of life. She likes laughter, and her giggles and laughs never fails to sound at a family gathering or when she’s with friends. Smiling is definitely second nature to her.

The girl might be a little bossy. She likes things to go her way and if they don’t, she’ll start to find someone to blame for it. That person might be her, but Dom will usually assume it’s someone else’s fault before she accepts the blame. Of course, when there’s no one to blame, Domi will just be in a huff. Dominique likes to be around beauty. Call her materialistic, but the girl likes good food, real beauty (not those artificial flowers!), lovely dresses and good looking people. It’s part of the reason why she tends to spend beyond her ability.

THIS ISN’T A LOVE STORY.

Dominique Weasley was one of the many children that made up the next generation of the Weasleys. She was almost never alone during her childhood and if she was, the girl always found a way to entertain herself. Be it trying to sneak out of the house and going to the beach, or creating a mess that got her mother screaming at her, Dom managed to keep herself entertained. It helped that she had an elder sister in the form of Victoire and a younger brother by the name of Louis. And let’s not mention the many other cousins she had.

Magic was prominent in her life. Little things that would have caused Muggles to question their sanity was normal for Dom. All in all, her childhood wasn’t a terrible one. It was far from that. Dominique grew up in a loving family, surrounded by relatives and family friends. There wasn’t much to say about her early years. Now, as for Hogwarts, that was a different story. Victoire and Teddy had already gone off and it was soon her turn.

When the sorting hat was placed on her head, it shouted out ‘HUFFLEPUFF’ within seconds. Dominique had no issues with that. Sure, getting into Gryffindor might have been brilliant, but she could be equally brilliant in Hufflepuff. And she thought she was. She made friends, got some enemies, broke many some hearts… Domi was never top of her class, but she did her best. She played a little Quidditch, being the Chaser on her team. She wasn’t in love with it to consider going professional for her career. No, Dominique had her heart set on being a Healer from her fourth year onwards. There wasn’t a particular incident that inspired her to be one, she just knew she would be a great Healer.

Now, she’s in her sixth year and Dom’s taking all the required classes. She’s hoping she’ll get the grades, go into St. Mungo’s and be a total workaholic. No, just kidding. Or is she?
