It was time for Vince to start buckling down on doing his work he had received from the classes he has that day. He was stressed out with work from his classes, and studing for his N.E.W.T.s. He knew the N.E.W.T.s were several months off from November, but his theory was that seventh years have to pay close attention to every little thing just in case any random bit of information will be on the tests. Of course, he also thinks people need a break once in a while in order to function, but he made a plan. He wil do any work given to him during breakfast and lunch and then straight after classes before dinner. If he has enough time, he will study. He will go to dinner work- and study-free and after that, he will be in his common room finishing any work. By this time of the day, he should have little to do, so he will have a few hours to do whatever before going to bed.

Since it is after classes, it is time time to do whatever left over class work he has. He had all of the books for the classes he needed in his bag so he had not need to sort through his trunk for unneeded books. Though, he did open his trunk to grab extra ink and parchment. He took out as much as he thought he needed and placed it in his bag. He closed his bag, swung in over his right shoulder, closed his trunk, and exited his dorm room. He did not plan on leaving to any random part of the castle, he was just going to the Ravenclaw Common Room which was usually relatively empty around this time of day. He wanted to have some quiet time with the occasional random conversation if people happened to be in there.

He entered the Common Room to see where he would sit and noticed the table twelve feet from the fireplace. The table was behind a leather couch, but he had not want to sit on a couch, he wanted to sit and have something hold up his things. As approched the table, he laid his bag on the table and looked around. He shook his head and said "Completely empty. I wanted a person or two in here at least..."

As a sixth year, you were quite lucky. Apart from practise NEWT exams there wasn’t really much else that you had to get your head down and study for. Isis Gaunt couldn’t help but be quite chuffed that she’d done well in her owls. Well enough to get onto the classes she’d applied for for her sixth and seventh year. She really had stuck her head into a book and sponged as much information as she couldn’t into the little head of hers. Although she seemed quite superficial she was nothing like her dumb ass mother. The woman probably couldn’t even count to ten. Her mother had always been starlight of the school and rather than studying to make sure she had some common sense she’d much preferred to doss about much like isis’s two brothers. Isis had ended up quite alike her father. A lover of knowledge and a good book rather than gossip and sleeping around that had become quite the norm for people in Isis’s year. As soon as people hit fifth year it was either a downhill slide into the world of cliques and partying. For isis, she chose a typical ravenclaw root. To get her head down, study like no tomorrow and become labelled as a bore when she didn’t turn up to house parties that she was invited too. But the last few weeks she surely had found herself quite alone and bored and had even chosen to go to the slytherin common room party for winning the previous quidditch match.

Today however, she’d found herself in the library, scouring books on illegal magic for her defence against the dark arts lessons that had officially become compulsory to take. Of course if she’d had her way she wouldn’t have bothered. Her brothers were the ones dwelling in dark arts she simply stood by and watched it turn upside down for them. How the ministry hadn’t picked up on it yet she didn’t know but although her brothers tend to be quite annoying and the type that probably didn’t study she knew they had smarts when it came to dark magic because it was something that they were rather interested in. She’d had her lessons cancelled for after lunch which was a rare occurrence, but she found herself working on the essay before returning to her common room. Not really realising how little time she had actually spent in the library. She strolled through the corridors promptly before arriving at her common room, muttering the password and heading on in.

There she found it empty for once. Well perhaps not quite empty as there was a male standing before her talking to himself. ”I suppose I count as a person?” she replied to his statement. ”very brainy for a ravenclaw aren’t you. Obviously its empty because the majority are still in lessons.” she added pursing her lips slightly and heading over to the leather couch and parking her bottom on it rather gracefully.
