I was wondering if we can have a chat soon. I want to discuss a few things about the happenings around the castle over tea, maybe? I just want to let you in on the Head Boys point of view of things and what not.

It is funny you should write at this time, I was just considering doing so myself only last wednesday. It has been a while since our last conference, has it not? I would be glad to have you swing by my office when your free or would you prefer a different location? It has been a while since I held a meeting outside of a formal capacity. Have you a suggestion? Where is it that you lads tend to hang about nowadays?

It has been a while since we had last met. We are in for a long overdue chat.
I personally do not mind your office, but anywhere will be fine. I personally enjoy being in Hogsmeade if you'd like to meet there? Any anytime on this Saturday will be fine with me. What is a good time for you?

I am otherwise detained from twelve o'clock onward this saturday. Might I suggest an early brunch at Madame Puddifoot's? I overheard that they have recently modified their core menu. I would interesting to judge whether the changes are for the better or not. Shall we say half past nine?
Please confirm with haste so that I may add it to my scheduele.

Half past nine at Madame Puddifoots is fine by me. I have personally heard a few of their newer things are good. Lavender tea is at it's finest.
