overall history: Atsu was born in Wales, along with his twin brother ____ and younger sister Isis, a year younger. Strictly pureblood, Atsu, along with his other siblings, were all taught in the 'speak when spoken to' sort of mind-set. This was not a problem for Atsu, and so his childhood was rather bland and at times he just wondered when things would speed up. Going to Hogwarts was somewhat of a deep desire for the child Atsu, he was eager to learn magic and, preferably, dark arts. Since they were a rather prominent family of purebloods, Atsu looked into the history books. He read all about the greatest wizards of his parents time, namely, Lord Voldemort. He was fascinated by everything he'd accomplished and secretly sought out the secrets of the man. How he got to be so powerful and do all he'd done within such a short amount of time.
Atsu spent much of his time reading, and rarely spent time with anyone else in the family besides his twin. The boy was as introvert as one could be, but he over-looked the one thing that would change his life forever; the diary. His younger sister Isis had happened upon it, but seeing as Atsu really didn't pay much attention to whatever his silly younger sibling did, he didn't bother to notice the book she'd found. But eventually, during one coincidental day he stumbled upon his sister, he saw the book, but hadn't payed much mind until she asked him to help her understand some of what was written inside. Atsu, along with his brother, took a look at the strange diary and slowly but surely understood exactly what it was written about, and for whom and who by. It was the most incalculable event in the world to Atsu! It was almost...too easy, and to think that it was just under their noses this whole time? Dusty old book no one payed much mind too until this faithful day. Isis was somewhat accountable for the find, but fate had obviously brought Atsu and his brother into it's path.
The time was again approaching it's peak of a new era. Or really, the repeat of an old era, long dead due to the famous Harry Potter's intervene. He'd killed Lord Voldemort, and the death eaters had all but fled once more, lost without their king. The clock wheels started turning inside Atsu's head and he and his brother slowly started forming the plan. The plan was to bring back the death eaters, bring back what Voldemort had started, but failed to finish all the way through due to one miscalculation- the boy who lived. Atsu vowed to not let their (he and his brothers) plan to falter. They just had to be careful, and being careful was one thing Atsu was quite good at. He and his twin formulated and plotted, always referring back to the diary left so conveniently from their living dark master. Oh sure he was 'dead' in the sense of not being earth-bound, but to Atsu, he was very much alive so long as they believed in the ultimate goal; blood purity. He and his twin were going to rid the magical (and perhaps eventual non) of the filth that were the unworthy mudbloods, half-bloods and muggle-borns. It was all just a matter of time.
Atsu went into Hogwarts with his twin, both being sorted into Slytherin house. It was no wonder of course- well, at least to some. But really, if Atsu didn't have the blood-hunger look of power and ambition in his eyes, perhaps he would have been sorted into Ravenclaw like his dear sister. Oh well. Can't change that now, can we? Anywho, Atsu was spot-on in his studies, never slacking, always aiming higher. He wasn't all that of a show-off, he really just kept to himself and took the praise as he went along, but never returned any kind 'thank-yous'. He was mostly indifferent to his admirers. (which were the professors mostly) and just went about his business. Of course, basic studying and model student-ency wasn't the only business he had. All the while he and his twin kept to the shadows, doing what Voldemort himself had done- gathered followers. Being a bit more introvert, Atsu wasn't as much of a recruiter but the planner. He gave instructions, but always had someone else do the dirty work for him. He was very descrete, cunning almost, the way he worked. Atsu was always careful- that was the ONE thing he had to be. Over-looking a hidden detail was not an option, he couldn't make a mistake. You could say Atsu was a sort of perfectionist; where Voldemort had failed, he would not. That was another thing he promised to himself. But really, there would always be something, or someone that could get in his way. -ahem- their way. So what could be done about this issue? Well, the only logical thing- get rid of it.
Years later, during his later years at Hogwarts, Atsu plotted the famous Harry Potter's death, with the help of the diary, his brother and the followers they'd secretly gathered. People who thought like them, craved change, the change that Voldemort had made for the greater good- the purebloods. So naturally, most all of the students he got to help along with this pure rise of power were the purebloods. Atsu was nervous of course, he'd never plotted to kill- well, ok, he had plotted many deaths to people he absolutely hated, but never acted on those plots. But now he did, and to his utter shock, it worked. They'd killed Harry Potter, on their careful planning and connections...the famous boy who lived was finally gone- along with his wife.
Now in his seventh and final year of Hogwarts, Atsu is still full-forward with the plans set since they read over the diary. Forces are being gathered, purebloods are about to rise up once again, along with two new dark lords. Was it foolish? Perhaps, but as far as the two twins knew, what they were doing was going to pay off in the end. And honestly, if they could get rid of the greatest wizard (of this time at least), then who's to say they couldn't go higher? It was only a matter of time until purebloods rise back and really take the wizarding world. Atsu was still nervous though, but why? It all seemed perfect, their executions, but their was always something to make him feel as if all of this was going to mess up. It was all just for nothing. Who knows? Atsu knew he couldn't do it alone, and didn't want to- that's why he sticks so close to his twin brother. He watches over his other sibling too, even though he would much rather ignore her completely, he still is her brother. He just hopes her loyalties stick with his and the real superior beings of this world....
extra notes!:
-is a Parselmouth, able to talk to snakes since he was a small boy
-never played quidditch, being busy plotting with deatheaters y'know, plus, sports < books in his opinion
-girlfriends were...complicated, if he ever did have one, it was one-sided, seeing as some girls tended to fantasize and..yeah, crazy bitches are crazy
-the only person he truly cares greatly for is his brother, his sister would be second considering his mum wasn't that close to him, and dad's dead sooo

Lennart had been getting acquainted with some of the local district 4 people all day. He'd learned quite a lot during his trek around the district square and along the sprinkled communities. Some things he liked and others he didn't. For example, some of the locals knew some very hilarious fish jokes he'd never even heard of! He'd been sure to hard-drive all the ones he'd heard into his brain and even shared a coupe of his own, though the guys he tried it on must not have thought it very humorous as he did.
I guess district 13 jokes are a little more backwards than what they're used to, he thought
Len had left the observation open-ended though, maybe he'd think up some puns for this district's taste down by the beach! And with that goal, Lennart found himself wandering down the sun-soaked sand, the ocean mere feet away from his bare feet.
The teenager wore a light grey short-sleeved shirt and a pair of knee-length blue shorts. Something he hadn't been yet accustomed with in this new district was the weather! It was so dang hot, he didn't know what to even think about what summer would bring! He'd read about the south being much hotter than what the north districts got but man, actually feeling it for the first couple of weeks was painstakingly unpleasant! Even before the last bell rang in school was he sweating. Just sitting there in the un-air-conditioned classroom was enough to make him strip down to his underwear!
Distracted by his own thoughts, Lennart hadn't taken note of what was infront of his gate when he felt the bump of a petite figure against his chest. "Oh, sorry!" Lennart burst out, turning so he was standing slightly over the person he'd so rudely walked into. His tall body had absorbed the impact, barely making him stumble, but not much could be said for this girl.
The sun was blaring down, so when he'd stepped over to help the girl, the shadow had fallen over her face. However, after her out-burst of anger he'd caught his name. His initial reaction was confusion, but when he inched slightly to the side, the suns rays cast down upon the ginger hair and he knew. "...Ruby?" His brows furrowed, Lennart was dumbstruck to say the least, but then the realization sunk in. "Holy crap! What are you...did you follow me?" A large grin started over the male's face as he examined the ex-district 13 girl's face. He could never forget such a prominent shade of hair like that! Much less the character of that hair; this was a girl he'd recalled numerous of times in the past. Remembering her spunky, party-infested ways during before the Dark Days. Yup, there was no mistaking Ruby.
"Small world, huh?" He let out a light chuckle, reaching out his hand for her to use to get up if she so wished. His previous shock erased from his features, replaced now with nothing but true happiness and anticipation. He'd been so certain he was the only one who'd gone this far from 13, but now that he's found someone he really knew, or well, sort of knew, from his own home land, he'd be tagging along with her for quite some time! His mind buzzed with questions, but he couldn't seem to find where to start in asking them!
