There weren’t many things in the world that Kimberly Greyback was scared of. She was stronger and faster than most even if she didn’t look it. And even the full moon didn’t scare her. Failing school wasn’t an option either since she had a photographic memory. Even if she tried it would be hard for Kim to fall school. She wasn’t worried about love, come on she was sixteen, and Kim has seen enough heartbreaks over the years to know it was just puppy love. That was why she was able to sneak out of the castle so easily. Kimberly wasn’t scared of being caught or detentions. So she didn’t worry about every little noise she made or freak out when she heard footsteps. She was just as agile in her human form as she was in her wolf. But unfortunately she wouldn’t be a wolf until the full moon, which was still a few weeks away.
Walking through the grounds, Kimberly quickly made her way to the forbidden forest. If anyone was following her or thought about getting her in trouble she knew they would stop once she entered the forest. There were supposed to be dark creatures in here but Kim knew werewolves were the most dangerous ones once there was a full moon. She was just an ordinary witch when the moon wasn’t full and wasn’t any threat to anyone. She wasn’t like her father who infected witches and wizards even when their wasn’t a full moon. Hell, Kimmy didn’t even know if she could infect anyone being only half werewolf. She knew what she was doing during a full moon she just changed into a wolf. And Kim didn’t plan on finding out if she could change anyone anways.
Kimberly didn’t go that far into the forest and for a while she just stood there looking around trying to hear anything. There were the normal noises for a forest at night; something in the tree, a twig cracking here or there. All of this was normal for Kim; this was where she was for every full moon since her first year. This was normal. However soon enough she heard a twig crack loudly. There was no wand being pulled, Kim just turned toward the noise. She knew this place better than any witch or wizard. Kimmy couldn’t see whoever it was but she could make the figure out. “Why did you follow me?” She asked coolly, crossing her arms in front of her chest.
