Now I’m not sure if you were going to add these things after we got more members, but I’m just going to throw this out there. So I have a few ideas, and they’re just basic ones: some things that you should expect at Hogwarts and all that jazz. So I’ll just get into it!

House Points. This is where I thought you were probably waiting for more members. But if it didn’t cross your mind, well, it should be now because you’re reading this. (; Anyway, we could have an hourglass somewhere, and update the house points regularly, and make a competition out of it. At the end of so long, a few months, a year, whatever you choose, which ever house has the most points wins the House Cup, just like in Hogwarts, blah blah blah. You should know how it works, if you read the books at all.
And then there are classes… It’s just a way for people to become a professor if they want, and teach a class. It could be in a roleplay form, or just have them turn in homework if they so desire for maybe some housepoints. We don’t have to jump into the classes, though. Not until we get more members, I suppose. But I truly think the House Points will be a friendly competition throughout WFL . And, again, this is just a suggestion that I’m throwing out there. (:

Edit:
And different jobs could be available for members, such as shopkeepers in Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade, for, of course, adults. And I think we should have Head of Houses. I’m not sure if you were going to get to that, but it goes along with Prefects and Head Boy/Girl. Now these are only ideas and suggestions.

I had seen this ideas being used on other sites, and it turned out pretty well. it would be fun, especially the classes - we could make it something that isn't compulsory, so members can join if they want to, same goes to the homework.
And house points - definitely. Perhaps prefects can take away points for misbehaviours too?
This could double up the fun in everything.
